The Minecorp Civil and Commercial Steel Tray range is designed to be long lasting and low maintenance while maximising the safety of vehicle occupants. The tray is made from a heavy duty steel with a galvanised finish. The tray features a tubular headboard, external rope tie rails and polypropylene mudguards. This tray is completed with zinc plated hardware components and 240mm high drop sides. The Level 2 spec also includes internal tie down points, a laser cut mesh load guard, tailight and wiring guard. The laser cut mesh load guard provides additional occupant protection against load intrusion. The tail light protector and wiring guard encompass the tail lights for a greater protection.

- Tubular headboard: Aluminium CNC mandrel bent for consistency, strength and durability.
- Glass fibre reinforced nylon drop side and tailgate catches: Meets exterior weathering requirements. Smooth design ensures no external sharp edges for safety. Anti-rattle design. Drop side & tailgate catch is over moulded with a steel insert for increased strength & durability.
- External rope tie rails: The simple to use rope rail design makes securing your load a one man operation and makes roping loads easier. The segmented design provides space for easier access to fuel filler.
- Rubber modified polypropylene mudguards: Not as susceptible to permanent defamation and damage compared
to steel mud guards. Made to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions in harsh environments. Smooth design ensures no external sharp edges for safety. Corrosion resistant. - Galvanised steel mounting system: Provides a tough and durable frame for mounting the tray to the vehicles chassis.
